Personal Use Music Licensing Agreement

This Personal Use Music Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal document between you (the “Licensee”) and [Albert’s Music] (the “Licensor”) governing the use of music provided by the Licensor. By accessing, downloading, or using the music (the “Music”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

License Grant: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Music for personal use only. Personal use includes, but is not limited to: listening to the Music privately; using the Music in personal, non-commercial projects, such as home videos, personal websites, or social media content without monetization.
Restrictions: The Licensee agrees to the following restrictions: The Music may not be used for commercial purposes, including advertisements, monetized content, business promotions, or public performances. The Music may not be sold, redistributed, sublicensed, or made available for download to third parties. The Music may not be modified, altered, or remixed without prior written permission from the Licensor. The Licensee may not claim ownership of the Music or use it in any way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Licensor.
Ownership: The Music remains the sole property of the Licensor. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee ownership of the Music or any intellectual property rights associated with it.
Termination: This Agreement is effective upon accessing or downloading the Music and will continue unless terminated by the Licensor. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Licensee violates its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Music.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Music is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Music will meet the Licensee’s requirements or that it will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Music, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Can I choose my own lyrics?

Yes you can totally send us your own lyrics… (even if they’re from chatgpt lol) and we’ll put them into the song. Seedlings only take certain key words or names you choose and maintain the rest of the lyrics as they are. There is always the option to just go instrumental with no lyrics if you like the vibe and want to record your own thing

How much do the songs cost?

You can purchase the full song used to create a Seed or Seedling typically for 1-10 dollars. Seedlings range from 24-36 dollars and seeds 48-60 dollars. You can also add Human vocals, bands, voice clones and more!

What’s the licensing agreement for?

The final song we send you comes with a Personal Use Music Licensing. You can download and store the work for personal enjoyment. Use the work in personal, non-commercial projects such as personal videos or private events.

We do offer Business licenses as well. For use in Commercial applications.
